The concerned authorities in the state of Andhra Pradesh have launched a new program that will greatly benefit all those who want to make a living. The Andhra Pradesh YSR Sampoorna Poshana Plus Scheme has been introduced to all women who are expected to have their children by now.
In this new program, nutrients for healthy eating will be provided to pregnant women and breastfeeding women. The program will be rolled out to 77 Ancestral Mandals in the province. Another version of the YSR Sampurna Poshana Scheme will also be developed in the same way to stay in the open. The two new Food Schemes are 55,607 Anganwadi centers that accommodate approximately 30 women. There are around 47,287 Anganwadi centers in open areas where 27 lakh women and children will be gathered. Approximately 1,555 crores will only be used for Anganwadi facilities in light areas. The remaining budget will be saved for women and 3 lakh infants in traditional areas.
Benefits of the Andhra Pradesh YSR Sampoorna Poshana Plus Scheme
The program will benefit 27 lakh girls and youth through Anganwadi 47 287 focusing on the distribution of Rs. 1,555 crore. Eligibility criteria for the Andhra Pradesh YSR Sampoorna Poshana Plus Scheme
The applicant must comply with the following criteria for applying for a scheme:

Children can also apply for the program
The applicant must be in the lower class or in the retrospective categories
Applicants must be a resident of Andhra Pradesh.

Registration Process for the Andhra Pradesh YSR Sampoorna Poshana Plus Scheme
Anganwadi staff will collect information by registering all eligible women and children. The implementation of this program in ITDAs will be monitored by the Project Officer, ITDA in collaboration with the Project Director, District Women and Children Development Authority (DW & CDA).

Anganwadi staff will conduct an in-depth study of the Anganwadi Center (AWC) hostage to enroll all children and women eligible for the program. Special efforts will be made to ensure inaccessible, highly qualified people at the top, hard to reach places, inaccessible places.
All children (six months to six years), pregnant women, nursing mothers will be enrolled in the S Sampoorna Poshan Plus Scheme. Their names and details will be registered on Common Application Software (CAS) to monitor service delivery.
Date of birth and gender at the time of enrollment in the AWC and the height of the month, children’s weight records will be properly entered into CAS.
Measurement scales will be measured regularly, height scales, for adults, children with weight should be in a working condition in all Anganwadi institutions.
Monitoring of the growth (height and weight) of every child will be done at the Anganwadi Center on a monthly basis.
An Anganwadi-ASHA-ANM staff member will coordinate to ensure the health screening of all SUW / SAM / MAM children by the Police (MOs), PHC to identify any causes of malnutrition; diagnosing medical problems or illness; prescribing treatment, and distributing medicines such as antibiotics, iron / folic acid/calcium/vitamin/zinc in addition to deworming drugs where necessary; and referrals to a Nutritional Rehabilitation Center/hospital / appropriate centres or specialists where required. AWW / Supervisor to provide a list of SUM / SAM / MAM children to ASHA / ANM / MO (PHC).
Children removed from the NRC will be monitored at home, their parents/family members will be educated to ensure proper nutrition, a clean environment, personal hygiene, hygiene, and clean drinking water. Children identified as Severely Underweight (SUW), SAM, MAM will be monitored weekly.
The weight of pregnant women will be monitored monthly at the Anganwadi Center and recorded on CAS.
An Anganwadi-ASHA-ANM staff member will coordinate to ensure Ante-natal testing, the provision of IFA tablets, provision of Dewormer for pregnant women and nursing mothers in accordance with the law.
Anganwadi staff, Managers, and CDPOs will be visiting homes, educating and advising beneficiaries on healthy eating habits and health care practices including the Infant Infantry (IYCF) practices.
Pregnant women, nursing mothers will be taught to use protein, home-based energy supply without distribution among family members.
Community-Based Events (CB Events) will be organized at the Anganwadi Center in accordance with the instructions of POSHAN Abhiyaan, to promote and raise awareness of pregnant women and mothers of children up to 2 years and their important influences on the health, nutrition, and care of children. practices to strengthen good habits related to the survival, development, and development of children.
