The Government of Andhra Pradesh has come up with two different types of scholarship schemes which will give the benefits of fee reimbursement to the people belonging to backward categories such as scheduled caste, Scheduled tribe, or even other backward categories who are suffering from the loss of financial funds and also they are not able to pay their fees such as the fee of schools or the fees of tuition.

With regards to the development of the poor people of the state, the government of Andhra Pradesh has come up with two different types of a scholarship scheme (The first scheme is for all the backward categories and the second scheme is for all of the economically backward people of Andra Pradesh) which will help students to be able to gain educational benefits.
Eligibility and Application Procedure Of Jnanabhumi Scholarship
Eligibility Criteria of Post-matric scholarship
All the students who are pursuing ITI, Polytechnic and Degree & above level courses in Private/Aided/Governmentcolleges, affiliated to State Universities / Boards.
Day scholar students who are studying in College Attached Hostels (CAH) and Department Attached Hostels (DAH) can also apply for Post-matric scholarship.
75% aggregate attendance is also mandatory for any student to be eligible.
The income of the candidate’s family should not exceed Rs. 2.50 Lakhs annually.
The total landholding of the candidate’s family should not exceed to be less than 10.00 acres of wet or 25.00 acres of dry or 25.00 acres both wet and dry land together.
In the candidate’s family, there should be no one as an employee government or pensioner (except sanitary workers).
No one in the family should own a four-wheeler (Autos /Taxies/Tractors are excluded).
A family who owns no property or less than 1500 Sqft of built-up area (Commercial or Residential) in urban areas is eligible.
No one in the family should be an income tax payee.
In-eligible Students for Post-matric Jnanabhumi Scholarship scholarship: The students under the following categories are not eligible for availing of the Schemes.
Students who are studying in Private Universities / Deemed Universities.
Students who are pursuing Correspondence / Distance education courses.
Students who are admitted under Management / Spot Quota.

Fill the application form and verify all your details
After attaching all the documents, submit the signed copy of the form to the principal of your college.
The form will be verified by the college principal and will be submitted through Jnanbhumi (SMS will be sent to you on confirming your submission).
Visit the Mee Seva portal and provide your Aadhaar number, Jnanabhumi application ID, and Biometric authentication.
Once every process is done the amount of the scholarships will be transferred to your account as quickly as possible.
Eligibility Criteria of Pre Matric Scholarship:
candidate must be a permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh State
The annual income of the candidates family should not be more than 2 lakh
Only those candidates who belong to SC/ST/BC and Disabled community can apply under this scholarship
Students of the SC/ST community can apply when they are studying class 5th to 10th
Students of the BC community can apply when they are studying class 9th or 10th
