The government of Andhra Pradesh has launched the Andhra Pradesh YSR Navasakam Scheme 2019 which is a step towards changing the use of government social schemes. The site has been launched by the national government under the YSR Navasakam Scheme, where citizens will be provided with information about programs to be used in government.

The process of identifying the beneficiaries of the YSR Navasakam Scheme was initiated on 20 November at navasakam.ap.gov.in. All those people whose names are from the AP YSR Navasakam Beneficiary list will be given new cards to take advantage of social welfare schemes.

In each case, a separate card will be given to each beneficiary. Under this program, district/ward volunteers will conduct a door-to-door survey until 30 November to identify all beneficiaries. The official website of the YSR Navasakam Scheme is now operational at navasakam.ap.gov.in

Later, the list of beneficiaries of the Andhra Pradesh YSR Navasakam Scheme would be displayed to district/ward clerks for public inspection. The full beneficiary identification process will end on 20 December 2019.

Andhra Pradesh YSR Scheme Registration Navasakam & Beneficiary List

To make govt. welfare schemes and provide scheme benefits to those who will benefit, govt. launches AP YSR Navasakam Scheme. The full process for the registration and preparation of beneficiary lists is provided below: –

  • Village / Ward volunteers will conduct a door-to-door survey between 20 November and 30 November 2019.
  • During their visit, beneficiaries of the Andhra Pradesh YSR Navasakam Scheme will be registered.
  • From 1 December 2019, the list of beneficiaries will be displayed to the ward/village sabha for public audit.
  • The evaluation of the applications will take place from 2 Dec to 7 December 2019 and a list will be prepared for December 9.
  • From December 10 to 14 2019, a list of objections will be accepted.
  • Thereafter, the selection of beneficiaries of the Andhra Pradesh YSR Navasakam Scheme will be conducted after conducting sabbath/ward wards b / w 15 Dec to 18 December 2019.
  • Completion of the list of beneficiaries of the Andhra Pradesh YSR Navasakam Scheme will be done in the next 2 days and the whole process will be completed by 20 December 2019

 

All eligible beneficiaries will be allowed new cards from 1 January 2020. In the meantime, all candidates can sign up for the AP YSR Navasakam Scheme to benefit from the various social welfare programs designed for them.

Steps to Apply Online for Andhra Pradesh YSR Navasakam Scheme

All candidates who wish to apply online should download the official notice and carefully read the entire eligibility process and the application process.

Step 1- Visit the Official Website YSR Navasakam Scheme http://navasakam.ap.gov.in/

Step 2- On the homepage, click on the “Login” section.

Step 3- The login page will be displayed on the screen.

Step 4- Now, Enter the CAPTCHA code by entering your username and password.

Step 5-Now you have to click on the “Login” option provided on the website. Successful Login through the Official Website.

 

How to Login if you forget your password?

  • Go to http://navasakam.ap.gov.in/
  • Click on login
  • Click the password you forgot
  • Enter user id and click on OTP submission
  • OTP will be sent to a registered mobile number.
  • Enter OTP, enter a new password and confirm password (re-enter) and enter captcha with
  • Click reset password.
  • You will receive a password-changed message.
  • Click on login again.

Procedure for Finding Your Secretariat 

Step 1- Visit the Official Website Andhra Pradesh YSR Navasakam Scheme Portal http://navasakam.ap.gov.in/

Step 2- From the home page, go to the “Know Your Secretariat” option located in the menu bar.

Step 3- Now, you can browse the name of your region and select Urban or Rural.

Step 4- Now select the link provided in the column (urban or rural) in the name of the region.

Step 5- After this, you need to select your Mandal name from the list.

Step 6- Select the link, provided in relation to your Mandal name and write that your secret code appears on the screen.

 

Procedure for the absence of secretariat staff mapping

  • First, you must go to the official website.
  • The home page will open on the screen.
  • On the homepage, you should click on the link map for the secretary staff.
  • A new page will open in front of you.
  • On this new page, there will be a regional list.
  • You must click the link for your region.
  • You will now be redirected to a new page where there will be a Mandal list.
  • Now you have to click on the link for your Mandal.
  • A list of the secretary with the ward number, the ward social development secretary, the ward administrative secretary, the district health secretary etc. will be in front of you on your screen.

 

Scheme ID Cards

On Tuesday 9 June 2020 AP YSR chief minister Jagan Mohan Reddy ordered officials to issue IDs for various social programs within a set period of time. Strict measures will be taken if the cards are not issued to the beneficiaries over time. CM also said it would show a list of beneficiaries at the district or ward clerk’s office. Pension, rice and Arogyasri cards should be handed out at the beneficiary’s door

Some other important decisions

  • By 12th June 2020, the list should be shown to those who missed the application for housing pattas, by 15 June 2020 all the formalities will be completed and by July 8th, the real estate pattas will be distributed.
  • The 31000 Anganwadis buildings will be rebuilt by a joint collector.
  • Anganwadis staff will receive training at village secretarial offices or wards by a joint collector.
  • According to the MGNREGA, the rural employment guarantee scheme created 54.5 lakh jobs.
  • Mapping of the YSR clinic will be completed by June 10.
  • The secretary’s office should indicate all the important and useful information about the social programs and services available to the people.
