AP YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme 2021 was launched by the current Andhra Pradesh government by discontinuing the previously ongoing scheme, Annadata Sukhibhava Scheme by the TDP government which was previously in power. The previous scheme was terminated by the current Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Mr. Y.S Jagan Mohan Reddy, and started his new scheme, that is AP YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme 2021. This scheme has been implemented for the benefit of farmers in the state. Under the new Rythu Bharosa Yojana, all farmers who have applied for this will get support from the state government with an investment amount of Rs. 13,500 per annum.

AP YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme 2021 Apply

With the new scheme, AP YSR Bharosa Scheme 2021, the eligible applicants will be provided with Rs. 13500 per annum. The state government recently allocated an amount of Rs. 5500 crores for this scheme. Each farmer who has successfully applied under this scheme will receive their benefits directly to their bank accounts hassle-free. The eligibility criteria and the scheme list has been released already.

The YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme apply online process has started an online application form is now available. To avail the benefits of the YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme, candidates can visit the official website at:-

Step 1- Visit the Official Website AP YSR Rythu Bharosa i.e. https://ysrrythubharosa.ap.gov.in/.

Step 2- On Homepage, Click on the login button.

Step 3- Now enter your user name, password, and captcha code.

Step 4- Click on the Login button and enter OTP.

Step 5- Now click on Beneficiary List. Select your respective district.

Step 6- YSR Beneficiary List will appear on the screen, Take a printout and keep it safe for future reference and proceedings.

 

Eligibility Criteria

 First and foremost, the applicant must be a permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh for obvious reasons.

  1.   They must be from the agricultural sector.
  2.   A small marginal or agricultural tenant can also apply for this scheme.
  3.   The farmers must hold cultivated 5 acres of land if they wish to apply for this scheme.

Benefits of The Scheme 

  • The YSR Rythu Bharosa Yojana will help in providing the needy farmers with zero-interest loans, and this state welfare scheme will spot all the eligible farmers across the state for the same.
  • The tenant farmers will be given Rs.2500 per year and marginal and small farmers will be benefited by Rs. 13500 per year,
  • The scheme also promises the farmers, borewell facilities, and nine hours of free electricity in a day.
  • The road tax for tractors that belong to the farmers who are enrolled in the scheme will be removed and also ample cold storages will be built all across the state.
  • Life insurance cover will also be provided to dependents of farmers, which may amount to Rs. 5 lakh. Also, the premium will be paid by the government.
  • Milk dairies will be reopened and many pending irrigation projects will be completed.

 

Insights On The Scheme

The government of Andhra Pradesh issued AP YSR Rythu Scheme guidelines for the farmers who are applying for the same. The government had already started implementing the Rythu Bharosa Yojana from 15th October 2020 when the Rabi season is at its peak.

AP govt. will provide financial assistance to landowner farmer families & to SC / ST / BC and minority landless tenant farmer families. Accordingly, the assistance given to landless cultivators under SC / ST / BC / Minorities categories would be met through budgetary allocation of the AP government. The income support of Rs. 13,500 would be given irrespective of the size of land held by landowner families.

Guidelines

All applied farmers beneficiaries who are availing of this scheme also have to follow certain guidelines that are mentioned in the scheme. However, there are absolutely no restrictions on the holding of lands by the families of the landowners. The minimum requirement of lease may differ in this case.

  • 1 acre for agriculture, horticulture, or sericulture.
  • In case a tenant farmer grows vegetables, flower & fodder crops, then the minimum area is half an acre.
  • For better vines, the minimum area requirement is 0.1 acre.

The farmers must have to go through the list of exclusion categories so as to avail benefits of the YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme.
